The electrical market scenario has changed drastically in the last decade. In presence of increased competition and less tolerant players, more sophisticated methods are required to balance diversity differential pricing while promoting cooperation among agents. monopolistic environment, central utility incurred total cost transmission expansion. But as current demands, there several public private players. growth will benefit all so expansion can be divided players per received by each player. this paper, a system planning problem cooperative environment using game theory (CGT) is framed for power sector, which various cooperate coordinated manner maximize their but ultimately strengthen grid. we have modeled, analyzed compared allocation specifically problem. present work focuses on forming coalitions calculate costs forward search frog leap optimization approach. We SCRB, BSV, ENSC, ACA attempting satisfy axioms. also observed that bilateral Shapely value efficiently allocated due its decentralized approach sequencing coalition formations achieve best possible allocations.
